Nothing showed up?
First, make sure the account was public when you sent it through. That fixes most cases. If it was, reach out to support on the screen where you finished, because that's where the order lives and they can look it up.
Watch out for fakes
Nobody from WefBee will ever ask for a password, a login code or an access token. If someone does, it isn't us.
